To my girls on National Daughters Day ❤️👧👧👧

Emilia 🏇 Eleanor 🏇 Lily ⚽
I used to keep score by whether the work got done.
Now I keep score by whether I saw them do theirs.
Two in the saddle. One on the pitch.
Three different opinions about everything. I just try to be in the stands and not narrate.

After the Corps the quiet was the hard part.
You spend a career knowing exactly what the day is for. Then you do not. Grateful. Unmoored. Both.
I started looking for things I could rely on.
Tilly. She does not perform loyalty. She is at the door or she is not.
The weights. They do not care how I felt about the set.
The books. Words that have been through the same trials for a couple thousand years. That steadies a morning.
We live in a world that will tell you who to be if you let it.
I have stared at that Dylan portrait more times than I can count. I am just trying to be me. Whoever that is. It is still a relief.

Denver. Sell It.
Went with the Hampton Roads crew. Some of the faces I already knew. Some I did not.
Marquee said move forward. The useful part was the people in the room.
Took a little. Left a lot. Glad I went. taken in Denver, Colorado by @ryanwestva

16 years with my wife.
A year that asked a lot. A year of starting over. And still the same answer…her.
Partner in life, mother of our girls. The one I keep choosing. The one that keeps choosing me (somehow)

🚨Just closed 524 Mulligan Drive.🚨
🇺🇸Fellow Marine family needed the timing to work. 📉Market has shifted and homes are sitting longer, but the right price still creates urgency.
We listed it clean, got an offer the first weekend, and closed over asking. Sellers hit their timeline and moved on to the next chapter without the drag most listings are facing right now.
💰Pricing is still the lever that protects timelines. Glad we could deliver for this family.

My client spent years grinding in the corporate world. Today he’s finally stepping into the life he’s been waiting for…now it’s time to travel and see the world.🌎 Couldn’t be happier for him.
Smooth transaction all the way through. Great cobroke, motivated seller, prepared buyers. Everyone walked away happy and excited for what’s next. That’s a win.🏆
Grateful to help make moments like this happen. If you’re thinking about a move or know someone who is, I’m here. taken in Norfolk, Virginia by @ryanwestva
