September marathon 🔥 started out in Vegas, representing our local @nahrep chapter ✈️ then Denver for the most epic @sellit conference ever ✈️ and finished up in DC with my besties for a Zara Larsson, Hayley Williams & Suki Waterhouse 3x1 concert 😍 (#18 might be my new favorite breakfast spot in NOVA) all of this while keeping up with work… safe to say I’m not going anywhere for a while, but this was a fun one 🤗

Denver, you were good to us. 🏔️💙

SELL IT 2026 was one for the books.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt smaller in a room — and I mean that in the absolute best way. Being surrounded by so much talent, ambition, creativity, and people who are constantly pushing the boundaries of this industry was incredibly motivating.

I’m walking away with fresh ideas, bigger goals, new connections, and a whole new level of motivation.

Sometimes you need to get in a room that reminds you there’s always another level.

2026 isn’t over yet… but I already can’t wait to see what 2027 brings. 🚀

This company. These people. How did I get so lucky? It wasn’t even officially day 1 of our SellIt conference but it has already been amazing with the Founders party (thank you @smith_co_realtors!) and SERHANT Colorado Celebration (@jasoncummingsdenverrealtor amazing job). I got to spend time with my incredible coach @abbypalanca, catch up with THE @toddsheridan, and spend time with the VB SERHANT crew. What a dream this life is. Thank you @ryanserhant for all the things!

Happy 44th Birthday to the man who somehow gets more handsome every year… or maybe my eyesight is just getting worse. 😉❤️

Thank you for being my best friend, You make our life and our family better every single day, and I wouldn’t want to do this crazy adventure with anyone else. Here’s to more laughs, more memories, and growing old together. I love you more than you’ll ever know. Happy Birthday, babe! 🎉🥂❤️

10 handwritten letters going out this week.

Because sometimes the home your buyer wants isn’t even listed yet.

Last month I got to spend a few days at @serhant HQ w/ @ryanserhant in NYC for Rising Stars — a program I was selected for alongside a small group of agents from across the country. We set goals, masterminded, and honestly? I left with one clear takeaway:

The agents who consistently deliver for their clients don’t wait for inventory to come to them.

So this week I’m writing 10 letters — by hand — to owners of the exact kind of Bethesda home my current buyer is looking for. Off-market, no showings, on their timeline.

That’s the work. And it’s what I signed up for.

If you’re thinking about Bethesda — buying, selling, or just curious what your home is worth — comment BETHESDA below and I’ll send you my Bethesda Buyer’s Guide, or DM me directly.

What an incredible experience attending the SERHANT Rising Stars Event in SoHo, New York City.
It was inspiriSERHANTRisingStars #RyanSerhantmost driven agents across the country, learn from industry leaders, and gain valuable insights from Ryan Serhant and the SERHANT leadership team. The energy, innovation, and collaboration in the room reinforced why I joined this amazing company.
Coming from a background in financial advising and building my real estate business from the ground up, moments like this remind me that growth happens when you continue to learn, adapt, and surround yourself with people who push you to be better.
Grateful for the opportunity, the conversations, and the friendships made along the way. Excited to bring these ideas back to my clients and continue raising the bar.
The best is yet to come. 🚀

Me + 75 of my @serhant besties met up at the NYC HQ for the first-ever SERHANT. Rising Stars Mastermind. ✨

One of the things I appreciate most about SERHANT. is how much they invest in their agents and not just for where they are now, but for where they want to go.

The day was packed with great conversations, valuable insights, and the chance to connect with talented agents from all over the country who are focused on growing, improving, and raising the bar in our industry.

I left feeling inspired, energized, and thankful to be part of a company that truly believes there’s always room to grow.

Excited to bring what I learned back to Northern Virginia and keep finding new ways to better serve our clients. 🩷

Special thank you to @ryanserhant , @maryannemoyers , @ryanjcoyne , @kattorrexo , @toddsheridan , @serhant , @sellit for the invite!
