Today marks 27 years of marriage and 31 years together(DAYUUMMMM🤣), and when I think about everything we have been through, built, and experienced together, I realize just how blessed I truly am.

When I married you, I didn’t just marry my soulmate. I married my best friend, my rock, my RYD or die, my safe place, and the love of my life.

We have grown through life together, raised an amazing family, become grandparents, celebrated incredible moments, faced challenges, had our ups and downs, and through it all, we are still standing side by side.

You have supported me, challenged me, believed in me, and loved me through every version of myself. I know I would not be the man I am today without you.

You are an incredible wife, mother, grandmother, and partner, and after all these years, I still thank God that I get to walk through this life with you.

Our story has never been about being perfect. It has been about choosing each other, fighting for each other, growing together, and never giving up.

We have been battle tested, and I believe that has only made us stronger.

Happy 27th Anniversary to the love of my life. I love you more today than ever, and I truly believe our best chapters are still ahead of us.

Pulled up to my homie Jaabbar's a.k.a. @phitlossopher spot in Long Beach today for some body work by the one and only @doc.riveraahenry which made my body feel amazing. If you are in LA or anywhere near long beach go check him out, tou won't regret it. It's been a minute, felt good to catch up. In a world full of fakes, he's one of the real ones. Always grateful for him opening his doors to me and I always got your back fam....4LYF!!!!! 💯🙏🏽

You know what I love about what I get to do? Watching clients like Nicole not just attain their goals, but SMASH them. She’s over 50, but trust me, you’d never guess it. She shows up, puts in the work, trusts the process, no shortcuts. She’s turning back the clock, inside and out. I’m proud of her, because this is what happens when you stay consistent; you get the rewards you choose. We are just getting started and you are about to give yourself the best Christmas present 😉

Feeling incredibly grateful today. Alex’s journey from a young equestrian to now throwing Hammers at UC San Diego has been inspiring. I'm grateful for the chance to train and mentor young adults, and I never take for granted the trust parents place in me with what matters most to them. Today is a day that forever changed my life. For those who don’t know, I was once a flight attendant for American Airlines, Class #98-23. On this day, I was originally scheduled to work one of the flights. At the last minute, I decided to “trip trade” and gave away my two-day trip for a one-day assignment. That single decision saved my life and it made me see everything through a different lens. Shortly after, I chose to resign and step fully into the training world.

My heart goes out to the crew members, passengers, first responders, and civilians who made the ultimate sacrifice. I pray this country never has to endure something so devastating again. May the families and loved ones of all those affected find comfort and strength as this day unfolds.

And now, to be doubly stunned seeing fellow Christian Charlie Kirk was executed yesterday in front of his family, it’s beyond heartbreaking. (may his beautiful soul R.I.P)
As Americans, moments like this remind us how fragile life is, and how desperately we need to stand united.

We must unite as Americans regardless of political differences. We all have the right to our own opinions, but we should never hate or harm someone for not sharing the same one you do. I am truly praying for the senseless violence to stop.

If there was one light in that dark moment of 9/11, it was the unity we shared as Americans something I pray we never forget or at least try to remember. We are truly blessed to live in the greatest country in the world. May God bless you all. 🙏

What did I do differently this time?
I stopped looking for a quick fix and started being consistent.
I stayed on top of my workouts, pushed myself harder, cleaned up my nutrition, stayed active, and most importantly I kept showing up even on the days I didn't feel like it.
I've tried before, but this time I finally understood that results come from what you do consistently, not what you do once in a while.
Still not finished. Still improving. But finally seeing the work pay off. 💪🔥
Consistency finally worked. Now we keep going.

I NEED YOUR HELP. PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!! 🙏🏽❤️

This one hits VERY close to home.

My brother, my Uso, Kimo Silva, @bigkemdizel is fighting cancer.

In April, Kimo was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He underwent surgery, and unfortunately the cancer was later found in his lymph nodes. Out of respect for his privacy, I won’t go into the rest of his medical journey, but I can tell you this has been A LOT for one man to carry.

While fighting for his health, Kimo is still working, taking care of his mother, paying bills, and doing everything he can to keep life moving forward. The financial impact has been REAL. He has already borrowed against his home and taken on credit card debt and other expenses just trying to stay ahead of treatment and everyday life.

That hurts me to even write because this is my brother in EVERY sense of the word, and I refuse to stand on the sidelines and watch someone who has spent his life showing up for everyone else carry this alone.

If you know Kimo, you know the kind of man he is. He has spent years protecting people, their families, careers, livelihoods, and peace of mind. He has made calls, opened doors, created opportunities, connected people, and helped countless others move forward, usually without ever asking for anything in return.

Sometimes even the strongest person in the room needs somebody to have THEIR back.
RIGHT NOW, KIMO NEEDS US.

If Kimo has ever protected you, helped you, connected you, opened a door for you, made a call for you, or simply had your back, I’m asking you now to have his.

I want to wish a HEAVENLY HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my big brother, Francesco Barbarino, a.k.a. Frankie. ❤️🙏

Brother, I miss you more than words can explain. I miss our deep talks, the laughs, the moments we shared tears, and especially that contagious smile of yours that could light up an entire room the second you walked in.

I learned so much from you, not only through the things you taught me, but simply by the way you lived your life. I still carry so many of those lessons with me every single day, and I find myself using the tools and wisdom you gave me in every part of my life.

You always told me that you were my guardian angel here on earth. I believed it then, and I believe even more now that you are still watching over me and guiding me from Heaven.

There are certain people who come into your life and leave a mark on your heart that time can never erase. You are one of those people for me, Frankie.

You are deeply missed, forever loved, and you will NEVER be forgotten.

Happy Heavenly Birthday, big brother. I love you and miss you more than you know. Until we meet again. 😢❤️🙏

Jiu-Jitsu has become my therapy. Even after a lifetime in martial arts, this feels different. It's not just physical. It's a moving meditation. The mat demands presence. Every roll humbles me, teaches me and heals me. I'm learning to breathe under pressure, let go of ego and keep showing up. Truly grateful for this.
