October 10th. Every step, every pose, every beat of this routine represented work that nobody saw…

This was one of my shortest preps… and one of my most challenging. But I stayed disciplined, followed through, and got the job done. I’m proud of the package I brought to that stage, and grateful that I’m able to do what I love.

To my family, friends, and everyone who supported me: THANK YOU. Your encouragement helped carry me through the hardest days. 🙏

Bodybuilding demands a lot from you, but it builds strength that carries into every area of life. It teaches you to keep showing up when things get uncomfortable. There are no shortcuts. No cutting corners. You have to earn it.

I work hard to set an example for my family, my friends, and my clients. Whatever comes at us in life, we can meet it with discipline, faith, and the determination to keep moving forward.

Next goal: national shows in 2027, chasing my pro card. 🏆

Consistency is key. Never give up. Keep dreaming! and keep chasing those dreams until you turn them into reality.

What did I do differently this time?
I stopped looking for a quick fix and started being consistent.
I stayed on top of my workouts, pushed myself harder, cleaned up my nutrition, stayed active, and most importantly I kept showing up even on the days I didn't feel like it.
I've tried before, but this time I finally understood that results come from what you do consistently, not what you do once in a while.
Still not finished. Still improving. But finally seeing the work pay off. 💪🔥
Consistency finally worked. Now we keep going.

Top 5 with the big(ger) boys 😂

Regardless of the frames I’m standing next to, I know I can make it competitive. I’ve proven that before and every time I step on stage, they gotta deal with me too 💯

@walkerfitness and I have been working at this peak for a minute and I think we finally figured it out… ish 😂 Now it’s about adding some quality size up top and making this frame that much more of a threat.

But that’s a bridge we’ll cross when we get there.

For now, taking some time, eating some food and enjoying life a little…

Then 6.5 weeks to bring it all together for the ⭕️. 🐂

Ending July with this video. It's crazy how a lower back injury can do. I was lost after I heal from it, but I was guided by my coach @rydr4lyf. We talked deep. I was ready but nervous to do it again. He was always there. Gave me my meal plan and workout plan. Check ins every week. Now by looking back is crazy. The only advice I can give anyone I just don't give up. There was a time I wanted too but my coach was trainer. So much to go but we're gonna get their step-by-step. Also wanna give a shoutout to my personal trainer that I have once a week @madhouse_gainsasylum and that's @kinetic_edge_performance. My friend from high school days. Like @kobebryant says it, jobs not finish.
