Our first @trevorsorbie Texture Training Day went down a treat! ✨

Texture specialists @benjamincbradley & @natalie.m.andrew alongside Artistic Education Director @ryforsythe delivered an inspiring day packed with learning all about textured hair.

From exploring how historical events have shaped perceptions of textured hair, to understanding hair structure and texture patterns, product knowledge, layering techniques and consultation.

We also focused on working with the hair’s natural texture - embracing and enhancing what’s already there - before opening up the floor for a Q&A. And, of course, it all came together with a fantastic hands-on session, putting everything into practice.

Thank you to all of the amazing models and to everyone who joined us and made our first Texture Training Day such a success! 💫 by @ryforsythe

A look back at our Creative Scholarship Day, led by Artistic Education Director @ryforsythe

Ryan shared an insight into his approach to Creative Haircutting, before demonstrating a look inspired from Runway and Street style.

The group then recreated the look in a hands-on session, adding their own creative vision and individuality to the final result.

Short Hair Cutting Course led by @ryforsythe

Hosted at @sorbiehair at The House of Keune with @keunehaircosmetics.

In this one-day session, Ryan demonstrated non-gender specific short haircuts, inspired by current trends - focusing on consultation, suitability, shape, and key cutting techniques.

The team then recreated the looks in the hands-on sessions, bringing their own creative interpretation to each style.
