A sunset + sprinting workout was perfect. Today I was trying to get faster while also working on running form. It’s getting better each week. #track #sunset by @rylan.hj

John 14:21, “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.””
Im trying to remember this verse because this summer I want to take my relationship with God to a new level and this verse is a very simply put way to do that.

Since the season ended I took a week to rest up. Today I got after it with the weighted vest and worked on my run and then did some plyos. I felt like I was jumping pretty high for having an extra 15 pounds on. I finished with a nice lift and my body is feeling really good. I tried a new HJ approach the week before this. I moved from 4 lefts to 5 lefts (back 10 feet). I have to get used to having more speed but I think it’ll pay off. All and all this year was a blessing and I’m more motivated than ever to get after it this summer by @rylan.hj
