Today we’re celebrating Ryne Lynch and Brand New Youth. Ryne has spent five years in youth ministry, all five at Brand New Church. This summer, their team made the decision to split Jr. High and Sr. High camps for the first time. They believed creating two separate experiences would allow them to better reach students exactly where they are. And God moved in an incredible way. 109 students accepted Christ at camp this summer. But even in a season of growth, God has been teaching Ryne to shepherd well what He has already entrusted to them—to slow down, be more intentional, know their students personally, invest deeply in their leaders, and focus less on simply reaching more people and more on faithfully caring for the people already in their ministry. What are they believing God for next? More space. They are hurting for it. And Ryne’s encouragement to other youth pastors is something worth holding onto: “Don’t get so focused on growing the ministry that you forget to shepherd the students God has already entrusted to you. Be faithful with who’s in front of you, love them well, and trust God with the growth.” Ryne Lynch — @ryne_lynch Brand New Youth — @brandnew_youth #WhenYouthWin #CelebrateYouthMinistry #YouthMinistry #YouthPastor #NextGen by @ryne_lynch

Today officially marks 5 years in full-time ministry. They say the average youth pastor lasts around seven months….. These five years haven’t been easy. As Pastor Shannon always says, “Ministry is Brutiful …, brutal, and beautiful all at the same time.” And he’s right. Through every high, every hard season, and every changed life, God has been unbelievably faithful. I’m so Grateful for my incredible wife and family, Pastor Shannon believing in me before I believed in myself, for our amazing volunteers, the best students In the world and everyone I’ve had the privilege of serving alongside at Brand New Church. Five years down… and it honestly feels like we’re just getting started!! Thank You, Jesus! by @ryne_lynch

This wasn’t just another week at camp. It was a week of salvation. A week of boldness. A week where students encountered Jesus, were transformed by His presence, and said “yes” to living for Him. ❤️‍🔥 Beach Camp may be over, but the mission is just beginning. Students are leaving ready to live BOLDLY for Jesus IN REAL LIFE, at home, at school, and everywhere God calls them. Thank you, Brand New Church, for investing in the next generation. Your faithfulness is shaping world changers for the Kingdom of God. 🙌 by @ryne_lynch
