“Aveces en el tiempo que te regala la vida los colores llaman y el dulce es algo que apasiona, esta es una creación de un sashimi de manzana verde, con una bola de helado de almendras mallorquinas y he colocado un magic shell, que es un tipo de chocolate que cuando hace contacto con el helado se endurece y se vuelve una capa crocante, luego hemos puesto una granola achocolatada y la finalizamos con un toque de crema de pistacho vegana y sin gluten, el magic shell tampoco contiene gluten y unas esferas de caramelo… BOMB 💥
