We did a thing. We bought our forever home. 🏡🤍

This is the area that I grew up in and has always felt like home to me. Now, it really is home.

A place where I get to watch my chickens and kids roam, the sun set, as I stand next to my best friend.

My heart finally feels at peace 🥹

Broc Hayden Terry 🤍
July 26, 2026

Our sweet boy is finally here.

We’ve kept this part of our story private, but after two years of trying to conceive, we had reached the point of beginning IVF. Just two days before I was supposed to start medications, I took one more pregnancy test— and it was positive. God answered our prayers in the most unexpected and beautiful way.

My birth story didn’t unfold the way I had envisioned, and labor has a way of teaching you that strength doesn’t always look the way you imagined. After more than 30 hours of labor, and four hours of pushing, I delivered our baby boy.

I’ve accomplished many things in my life, but nothing compares to that moment. I’ve never been so proud of myself, or so overwhelmed with gratitude. Half of my strength came from my incredible husband and our amazing doula, Cait, who never left my side.

Broc, you are our greatest blessing, and becoming your parents is the most beautiful chapter of our lives.

We love you more than words will ever be able to express. 🤍 by @ryyyyan
