Ahead of the official launch tomorrow I wanted to share a bit about why it’s happening.

A few years ago I had coaching and found it so beneficial. I was asking myself more questions, checking in with how I was feeling about life in general and looking ahead at things I wanted to achieve, rather than just ‘going with the flow’.
Coaching gave me more focus and drive as I started to think about what I really wanted to make happen.

Last May I started a coaching course, originally to be a better marketing leader. After spending many hours coaching wonderful people with different focuses or challenges, I realised I truly love it. Watching a client gain an insight about themselves and feel empowered to take action is truly incredible.

Tomorrow’s launch feels very meaningful on many levels. Excited to share it! ✨ by @s.e.m.coaching

Getting intentional about the last few months of the year and things I’m telling myself ahead of 2027 🧨 by @s.e.m.coaching

Monday reminder: you can do anything you set your mind to this week 🙌🏼 by @s.e.m.coaching

Cycling for charity from London to Paris and this was my mantra.
Every time I looked around at the stunning scenery, thought of who I was doing it for and pictured seeing my family and friends at the end, I couldn’t help but smile 🩷✨ by @s.e.m.coaching

Reflecting on my experience quitting my corporate career, taking a break and trying something new.
It was a rollercoaster at times and embracing the unknown was totally new for me. Facing uncertainty and risk head-on taught me a lot and I also realised, whatever happens I’ll be fine, because I have to be!
One of the best things has been reconnecting with people who are randomly in a very similar boat and it’s been wonderful to pick up the friendship again but with a new angle! What I’ve learnt is you’ll never regret having a go and it feels great to back yourself and have faith.
Yes I could have done things differently, but I didn’t and here we are ✨ by @s.e.m.coaching

Trust me when I say- you’d rather feel the fear of doing, trying, learning, and feeling uncomfortable, than the fear of not taking the risk at all.
@s.e.m.coaching launched 6 months ago, and it’s proof that if I can do it, anyone can.
It is ALWAYS worth the risk.
What are you waiting for girl?!💃🏼 by @s.e.m.coaching

This week I’m celebrating 6 months of my coaching business 🎉
Launching @s.e.m.coaching and realigning my career have been huge highlights of my year.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way- liking my content (your hearts and comments mean so much 🩷), giving advice, or helping out behind the scenes.
But most of all, thanks to my clients who trust me to make space for them. It’s a real privilege to coach such talented, incredible women, I can’t wait to see all your successes.
I’ve also realised work can be relaxed. Not all-consuming. And still aligned to your passions.
I’m grateful for everyone I’ve met and reconnected with along the way.

Proud to say the least interesting thing about me is my job 💁🏼‍♀️ by @s.e.m.coaching

Do it, do it scared but make sure you do it anyway. You’ll only regret not trying. Imagine telling your future self why you didn’t take the plunge?! Plus it’s amazing how quickly your comfort zone expands. What next?! 🚀 by @s.e.m.coaching

Kinda chic to do all of the above and see where it takes you 🫶🏼 by @s.e.m.coaching
