Time spent in relationship with All of the Life is my worship, is my ceremony, is the ritual I need for full expression. Moments like this with my bb girl Sundance are incredibly affirming & grounding. So grateful she allowed me to capture this & so happy to share with y’all.

Life’s been full of beautiful things lately. Gifts of intuition & gifts of opportunity, moments of big belly laughter, pauses for presence, unspoken communication, stargazing.

December 28th & 29th was my Christmas & my NYE y’all. At home with the absolute best people. So grateful for our tromp around metro Denver, snowy RMNP, bagel sammies, bougie ramen, Meg the Stallion’s Tiny Desk, & dancing the night away. Big love to all the homies not pictured too! We’re too present to be concerned with these things 😆

Built a worm farm today with mom! This is a simple & effective way to cultivate nutrient rich soil for starting a garden. After a few months, she can plant right into this bed. No till. No turning. Just rich, living soil.
.
The soil here is all sand, so all the gardening mom does involves buying potting soil & fertilizing. I’ve been chomping at the bit to show her what permaculture can do to build soil! I love sharing the knowledge & she’s excited to learn 🙂
.
ICYMI - we stacked two layers of five (leaves, manure, compost, coffee grounds, worms) and gave it a good soak at the end (not pictured) to keep the worms happy.

Our joy is radical.
Pride is joy.
To be out. To be authentic. To see so many ppl on some many paths in a safe & supported space. To dance in the streets. This is joy. This is Pride.

This is an old pic from summer 2020, the night I got pregnant. Five weeks later, I had an abortion.
.
Pregnant people everywhere should have access to and be able to make decisions that concern their bodies without the interference of government. Abortion is health care. I am ashamed of the US & of the civil servants of scotus who do not serve the needs or protect the human rights of people living in this country.
.
If you want to read more about my experience, I wrote a blog post that you can read at time2gotraveling.com.

Part of my heart stayed in Newcastle upon Tyne when I left, but part of my soul resides still in Newcastle, County Down, Northern Ireland. Here’s some from my romp with mom from the Mourne mountains to the Irish Sea.
