March, you changed me.

We welcomed our baby…& said goodbye to dad 3 days later.

Long days in NICU/SCBU, heavy nights, and moments I never thought I’d have to live through all at once.

But somehow, through it all, God made a way. Covering our baby with the care he needed, so I could be where I needed to be with my dad and my family.

This season has shown me everything - love, loss, strength, and who’s really in your corner.

To my family & friends (you know who you are)… thank you for carrying us when we couldn’t carry ourselves.

We’re still healing. Still grieving. Still grateful.

And above all, God is still good. 🤍 by @saaaaeeeedah

Consider this your reminder that you don’t get extra points for making everything harder than it needs to be 😅

If there’s a softer option, take it. If there’s a way to take something off your plate, even better.

Thanks @flightcentrenz for reminding me that I don’t actually have to do everything myself 😂

Taking my girl out for some us time. 🤍

Nothing fancy, just a chance to slow down, spend time together and give her my undivided attention. by @saaaaeeeedah

One thing I really wish more of our people knew? You don’t have to just accept everything you’re told at work.

Recently, I’ve supported two people through some pretty tough workplace situations, and we’ve been able to get some really positive outcomes.

And honestly, this is exactly why I do what I do.

I think sometimes, as our people, we can be so trusting of people in positions of authority. If HR says it, if our manager says it, if the company says it, we just assume it must be right.

We don’t question it. We don’t push back. We don’t always realise that we’re allowed to challenge things or ask for more information.

And I get it. Nobody wants to be seen as difficult. Nobody wants to put their job at risk. Sometimes you just want to keep your head down and get on with it.

But you can respect people and still question their decisions. You can be a good employee and still stand up for yourself.

Just because someone tells you something doesn’t automatically make it right.

A big part of what I do through Found & Co is helping people navigate these situations, understand their options and feel confident enough to advocate for themselves.

And I just wish more of our people knew that they don’t have to figure it all out on their own.

Because knowing your rights and having someone in your corner can make such a difference.

Our people deserve to know better, so we can do better for ourselves. 🤎 by @saaaaeeeedah

I think we spend way too much of our lives worrying about how we’re going to look to other people.

So many things we want to try, things we’re curious about, opportunities we talk ourselves out of, because we’re scared of being judged.

And for what?

People will have an opinion whether you do the thing or not. You might as well give yourself the chance to find out what you’re capable of.

I share what I share in the hope that someone sees me giving something a go and thinks, “Maybe I could do that too.”

You don’t need to be the best at it. You don’t need to have it all figured out. And you certainly don’t need everyone to understand it.

Just give yourself a chance 🤎

AD | The best part of recruitment? Helping people recognise their potential before they even see it in themselves. 🤍

Sometimes the next career move starts long before you’re ready to make it.

AD | splashing my face with water ain’t cutting it anymore 😭😂

After baby number 3, apparently my little water + moisturiser combo needs to retire because we’re entering a new era of actually looking after my skin.

Been using the @mitruiq range for the last month and honestly, I’ve been loving it 🫶🏽

Love that it’s NZ-made too 🇳🇿

A little extra care for my skin, without needing a 15-step routine because who has time for all that? 😂

MY FRIENDS GOT MARRIED 🥹
(Delayed post lol)

Still can’t really put into words how much of a beautiful day it was but what made it so much more special was understanding the journey that led to this day! What a testament of Gods goodness in their lives ❤️

Casey & Eli - you both already know how deep my love is for you both. Feel so lucky that I have a friendship with you both as a couple and as individuals. Thank you for being people I can trust & depend on and thank you for loving our babies the way that you both do, even oceans apart. Thank you for also trusting me with the microphone too but don’t do that again okay? hahahahaha

Can’t wait to see you guys live out this next chapter as a married couple!

Love you both xx

Taking 3 kids overseas is not for the weak 😂🇼🇸

But honestly, getting to experience Samoa together as a family was so special. From exploring, swimming and eating our way around the island to spending time with family and making memories with our kids, it was a week we’ll always look back on.

Was everything smooth sailing? Absolutely not 😂 But that’s family travel, isn’t it? And I wouldn’t trade the memories for anything. ❤️

Fa’afetai lava @flightcentrenz for being part of this experience with us. 🇼🇸
