so … i unexpectedly fell in love with fitness, lost 40 pounds, and have been pursuing my comprehensive pilates instructor training (!!)

i still have a WAYS to go - including student teaching hours 👀

celebrated this journey by building a little home studio (complete with a @balanced_body reformer, with mat AND tower … iykyk).

not bad for the girl who used to get out of running the mile in gym class 💅 by @sababok

okay, tbh my “color palette” was just black. all black. all the time. beauty/fashion friends, i know you can relate.

but after one session with @palettecolorlab , that’s completely changed.

elisabeth draped fabric after fabric and i could literally see the difference in real time: what washed me out, what made me look vibrant. and she’s right: it’s not something you can UNSEE.

if you’ve ever felt lost when clothes shopping, this is about to make things SO much easier!!
