Belated thanks for all my lovely birthday messages for last Friday!! I had the jolliest of days despite not having my birthday twin @hopewestrup with me. Photos are of me (looking slightly demented) with big birthday twin Anthony; then my lunch treat @padella_pasta with @caroline.wonders who also treated me to the Frida Kahlo exhibition @_tatemodern_ , then bumping into @tallulahtullyy and Iris on my way home and then early dinner @sydenhamnightmarket with @idleloop and @juliawestrup_ before going to see @theodysseymovie
Jam-packed day with glorious sunshine and for those of you who know me well you know that’s exactly how I like it! 😂 by @sabinawestrup

Bit of a shock going from wearing a winter coat 2 days ago to strolling down Brixton with an ice-cream @koalabrixton and seeing people in flip-flops 😂. I also saw ads pop up from nowhere about the ‘Great British Summer’ - surely that term has a bit of irony to it?! Anyway, note to self - check your face in the mirror after eating a chocolate ice-cream, not the best look when meeting your husband’s colleagues 😱

What an awesome day to have a birthday @juliawestrup_ @sirdavidattenborough is 100 and it’s VE Day! To say you’ve kept me on my toes for 21 years is an understatement. It’s aged me and kept me young at the same time 😂 Have an amazing day my gally and I look forward to celebrating with you later! Love mamma xxx 😘 by @sabinawestrup

Here are some highlights of my year so far in no particular order: lovely colleagues, old friends, beautiful light, sunny climes, retreats, rehearsals…Not going to post the shit times of course though it’s all part of life innit? by @sabinawestrup

Today is Imbolc - the pagan festival that celebrates the halfway point between the winter solstice and Spring Equinox. It’s all about the magic that’s stirring underneath the winter stillness, a reminder to trust in that which we can’t see. And speaking of magic, here are some memories from last weekend with @daisymay_hudson and her wonderful #makingmagicfemineretreat by @sabinawestrup

It was our dream to make this happen - and we did!

"SharedSoul - An Urban Retreat for Women" happened yesterday.

What a wonderful day spent with amazing women - meditating, reflecting & creating vision boards for our 2026 hopes & dreams ☺️☺️

Topped off with an exquisitely steamy Finnish sauna, ice cold barrel plunge and a big fire circle - which all worked to lock in the magic.

The last slide is some of our tasty veggie lunch which included home made roast tomato soup (courtesy of @sophievenitt), sourdough, chickpea+ tahini salad, turmeric cauliflower, red cabbage wiyh carrot + sesame salad, golden beet + feta salad (and challah bread & delish lemon and coffee + walnut cakes by @venarttt)

Follow if you are interested In coming along to our next cozy magical north London urban retreat - in a secret location!
