Super excited that our new book „one bed, two blankets, seventy-six rules” is ready for preorder on the website of @ciaopress and early copies are available at Offprint in Paris from today.
A collaboration together with @nicolaspolli, initiated by the wonderful residency in @verzascafoto this summer. 🏠🌞🖤

The first edition of “one bed, two blankets - sixty-eight rules” was sold out shortly after the festival, so we decided to run a second edition, which - as the name implicates - has changed slightly after living together outside of the residency.

Thanks to everyone who supported our project in the first place and made it possible to print this 2nd Edition :)

About the project:

“one bed, two blankets” is the first artistic collaboration between Nicolas Polli and me. Living before in a long distance relationship, the project documents our trial of living together for the first time. In a humorous and experimental way, we play with norms and ideas surrounding our perception of a “relationship”, giving ourselves the freedom to create an intimate body of work. Embedded in the surrounding of the place where we initially met, we confront both the human and creative aspects of living together as a couple. You are invited to enter our new home: A place that, similarly to our relationship, is still in transformation and adaption. A selection of texts are part of the work - they are findings that reflect on the challenges we experienced during this time: A set of rules of how to navigate a life as a couple but also a personal manifesto of how to grow together. by @sabine_hess

I am excited to announce that You Felt the Roots Grow will be co-published by @ciaopress and @witty_books this spring 🌞

This project is so close to my heart and I feel grateful being able to share it soon in the form of a book, beautifully designed and edited by @nicolaspolli ❤️

Thank you to Nicolas, Tommaso, Ufuk and all the other people involved in the production of this book. I am grateful for my family and friends that supported me so much during this period 🌞

In May, I had the pleasure of visiting Richi Kägi @richifoodscout together with @jessicabridger in his home in Zürich, a special place surrounded by nature, where he hosts private supper clubs. Everything ends 🫶🏼Until this Sunday you can still see @nicolaspolli and my show in the Atelier Robert in Biel / Bienne as a part of the @bielerfototage ☀️this place was special to us and as a last goodbye, we do an event on Sunday - "the last slice" Pizza @bellaciao_pizza, talk, just saying good bye to this period of time and closing of a personal chapter. The interior exhibition is a new chapter of our shared project, "One Bed, Two Blankets" - it was created for the Bieler Fototage and deals with the act of moving out. Come by if you are around! 🏠🐌☀️ we also have goodies and books from @ciaopress of course :) by @sabine_hess
