Blessed! I feel so blessed to be able to say Happy Father's Day to my Daddy today. Although it will be a little while as they are in Hawaii. I am thankful because I almost didn't get to. On Friday Dad had been swimming in the pool, got out to sit down and get warm in the Hawaii sun and suffered a heart attack. Thankfully there were Medical professionals also enjoying the pool and they saved Dad's life. He has spent years exercising and eating healthy and honestly that is why he is just now experiencing these issues, after his initial heart surgery in 2005. He is doing well! Mom is tired but doing well, also. After talking to the D'rs she didn't want me to come there because Dad probably won't be in the hospital long, which is another testimony to taking care of myself. In honor of my Dad I am headed to go do some Yoga. I am grateful God allowed me to have a Dad who is Brave, Strong and knows he can do hard stuff and then passed that on to me!
