Quick update: I passed the French equivalent of the bar exam, I’m soon to be a lawyer 🎉🎉
I would like to thank everyone who helped me at some point, especially my friends ❤️
I use this platform to especially thank Irene (@fitqueenirene ), my coach. This type of exam is mentally challenging and I feel that my physical practice contributed to this success. Handstands keep me humble haha but always encourage me to push my limits and keep going. Having the best coach is an incredible opportunity in this sport but also outside because many tips can be applied to our everyday lives. So thank you Irene for being the best coach and friend ❤️

My feet almost touched my head today 🥺 and I wanted to go deeper but freaked out .
Handstand session was bad today (so I cried as usual), but then switched to contortion and was not disappointed 🦐

Practice lately !

I got my first 36 sec hold last week and a second 30sec + one this week after @fitqueenirene class on Monday !

I know I am so lucky because I have the best coach and I am soo grateful 🥺 @fitqueenirene you really are the best ❤️❤️

Hopefully 1 min hold coming next year 😈
