Taitawari, Grandfather Fire, thank you for your teachings, your warmth, and your lessons in letting go.

As we approach the Quarter of Mutation, may we offer to the flames the patterns, habits, and constructs that no longer serve us. Here and now we have the courage to face what needs to burn away.

We honour, with love, all that has nourished us and brought us this far, even what we must now release to move forward. We feel the gratitude in letting go, and the honor of learning the lessons so that we may grow.

As we move toward the time of the Sleeping Phoenix, we meet the fires of transformation with respect and an open heart.

How much of your energy goes into being who you think you have to be?

Being the reliable one when you need support.
Saying yes while quietly dreading the commitment.
Staying productive when you need space.
Appearing composed while holding so much inside.

You can become skilled at meeting expectations and gradually lose touch with what feels alive in you.

This is a central inquiry in my work: where does your energy go into maintaining a role, and where does your nature find room to breathe?

Through Human Design, embodied inquiry, sound, and ceremony, I guide people into a closer relationship with their Native Intelligence—the living intelligence expressed through their body, perception, timing, and inner authority.

We explore how performance enters everyday choices: the agreement made to keep approval, the pace borrowed from someone else, the expression edited before it leaves your mouth.

Then we practice listening. Recognizing your limits. Honoring your timing. Making room for the interests, relationships, and contributions that feel deeply your own.

I call this meeting your inner gold: the inherent worth and particular qualities you begin to recognize and express as you live more truthfully.

Radiance can be quiet. A laugh that arrives freely. A voice that feels like yours. The ease of being with someone without rehearsing who to be.

Our birthright is to express our nature. Our responsibility is to bring that expression into relationship with care and integrity.

I spent years learning systems that told me how to behave, how to succeed, how to earn my place.

Somewhere in that process, I learned to question what came naturally to me. To give more weight to how others saw my life than to what I could feel within it.

This is why I speak about eight billion cameras of consciousness. Each of us receives something of life that another person may never see in quite the same way. When we spend our lives adjusting that view to gain approval, something precious goes unexpressed.

My years with Human Design have brought me into a deeper responsibility for my own participation. How I make decisions. Where I override myself. How often I ask another person to see through my eyes before I allow them to stand beside me.

I feel that harmony asks something mature of us: to trust our own perspective while leaving room for what we cannot see.

This is the heart of my work with Native Intelligence. A space to recognize your nature and explore what changes when you begin living from it.

On this day of the Autumnal Equinox, I reclaim my authority of sovereignty here in this vessel of human being.

Creator, thank you for gathering me here, in the embodiment of Kita, to witness these frequencies of sovereignty move through my own life and into the form of creation on this planet.
“We rise sovereign by design, not by force, grace in our spine.”

This is my prayer, that we hear what is moving within us before we send it into the world. That we make sovereign choices about what receives our attention, what we nourish, and how we treat one another. That the healing we ask of the planet and the collective begins to take form in the lives we actually live, and is reflected back in what we create together.

Many friends who have experienced my music will hear something different in this song, and oh Lawd, I feel it too, and excited to share more. We Rise marks a new era of expression moving through me, and this recording is its first breath with the musical masters, that supported its birth.

As per the tradition now, I got to spend the celebration of a new year around the sun in silence, in nature.
 A moment of reflection, rest, inquiry and contemplation. We took a long walk along a river, stopped, walk, stopped, walk… with no plan, no goal. Phone off, away from the constant noise of the world to allow the mind to relax, process, and see, ideally more clearly.   I’m deeply grateful for my beloved, @monicadogra for sharing this moment with me, my family, all my friends and extended community for holding me in their loving thoughts. Thank you for those who got to share a moment the day prior, sharing a delicious feast, chanting, spending a quality moment and your generous gifts.   May the simplest moments of life be the most significant 🙏 by @sacreddesigns

Everyone is asking how to master artificial intelligence in 2026.

I’m more interested in whether we have remembered our native intelligence: the quiet signal beneath the noise, the part of us that was never designed to be ordinary.

So yes, my #1 recommended read for 2026 is The Wisdom of Unicorns. 🦄

A reminder to protect what is rare in you, listen inwardly, recognize your people, and stop editing yourself into something more acceptable.

Beautiful humans on the journey of life,
From 20–24 September, around the Equinox, we’re opening Muda Estate in Portugal for an intimate gathering of just six participants.

Four days to step out of the usual rhythm, slow down, reconnect with the body, rest deeply, share beautiful food, spend time in nature, explore what is ready to shift, and listen more closely to what is already here.

We’ll weave together practices, bodywork, tea, sound, movement, ceremony, conversation and plenty of spacious time simply to be.

There is nothing here to fix and nowhere we need to get to.

The intention is much simpler:

to create the conditions to hear yourself again.

The Equinox gives us a momentary to gather, to appreciate what has been, release what we’ve outgrown, and listen for what comes next.

For those we’ve met along the journey this summer who said, “I want more of this,” this is the invitation.

And for those we haven’t met yet, but who feel something in these words, perhaps this is the moment to connect.

AWAKE……..

For years, I’ve lived more than I’ve shared: songs, journeys, ceremonies, relationships, synchronicities, mistakes and moments that stayed quietly in my phone and hard drives.

I’ve always preferred being fully inside the experience rather than stopping to document it.

But I’ve realized that keeping so much inside may also be what has held me back.

So this is an experiment in sharing more, not as instruction, performance or “my way is the way,” but as transmission.

A song.
A story.
A question.
A signal.

Something you can recognize, use, reject or make your own.

AWAKE is about becoming present enough to see life as it is: this body, this breath, this person, this moment, and the intelligence moving beneath the plans.

It’s about listening when life speaks, and being available enough to follow.

This is the first of several songs I’ll be recording and releasing, along with stories from the road: the people, places, missions, mistakes and encounters that changed something forever.

If something I’ve lived gives language or courage to something already alive in you, then the experience continues its journey.

The better it gets, the better it gets.

Soon, one of these roads leads to Portugal, where we’ll gather at Muda Estate around the Autumn Equinox for a few days of remembering.

Hello everyone,

I’ll be spending the coming days between Lisbon and Comporta until 6 August, and I have a few spaces available for private Native Intelligence sessions.

These are intimate one-to-one experiences that weave together Human Design, tea ceremony, embodied presence, and intuitive sensing. Rather than offering advice or trying to fix anything, the intention is to create a space where you can reconnect with the intelligence already moving through you and discover what your life is genuinely asking of you in this season.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, seeking greater clarity in your relationships, purpose, work, or simply longing to slow down and listen more deeply, each session is tailored to you and your unique design.

For those feeling called into a deeper exploration, I’m also available for private half-day and full-day immersions, as well as bespoke retreat experiences that combine tea ceremony, Human Design, embodiment practices, music, sound journeys, and nature as a living container for transformation.

Sometimes the greatest question isn’t “What should I do next?” but rather:
