I wrote this a couple of years ago, but re-reading it has never felt more true until now and i wanted to share it again. Thank you @abelation 🩷📸

Entering my soft girl era, where I don't have to fight or yell or be robust to be heard. To be seen. To be understood or comprehended. I am allowed to be gentle, feminine, and light. I feel I am fully capable of giving love back to myself that I deserve in an infinite amount of ways, and to those that are truly deserving of my time and energy; it's continually a work in progress, but I will always be a work in progress and that is a beautiful thing to know that there are so many opportunities to transform and be who I want to be. To be ME. Entering the soft girl era is intertwined with setting boundaries for you and those you interact with, without overstepping and crossing those lines. Again, I am a work in progress and also am navigating towards the betterment of my souls destiny. Entering the soft girl era also means learning the art of letting go. Letting go of things that disturb my happiness. If it disturbs my happiness, then it is destroying my peace and I know that's exactly what I do not deserve. This is the year to create and make change, no longer sitting in the stands of life's stagnancy. My soul craves change, and I'm inspired by change. My soul craves adventure, mindfulness, and exiting the comfort zone. When necessary, to also rest and just be. We deserve those quiet times too. You do not need to be hard around the edges anymore either, we do not need to constantly be in survival mode. It's time to start living. In the end all you have is yourself so it's best to start loving yourself; become your best friend, not your worst enemy. Take care of yourself; body, mind and spirit. Life can be so beautiful, despite all of the pain happening around the world. Love will always win. Imagine if each of us truly loved ourselves down to our deepest core. What would the environment look and feel like? Entering my soft girl era will metamorphisize and change my life and can change yours too, there's no going back to how things were. Life has been healing and beautiful in a multitude of ways, and I'm just happy to be here to experience it all, getting some flow time in is always a treat on top of visiting my family ✨️💖
