Flow state in all corners of the world 💫✨

I’m so grateful that I found these circles to play with, it has brought me so many people & places that I absolutely adore .

Forever grateful I started @sacredflowhoops which taught me I can do anything I put my heart into, and gave me confidence going into the next chapter of life 🤍✨

lil rusty but heyyy :p fun fact ive had this particular hoop for 9 years 🥹 she's been to every single state i've ever travelled to! and it's crazy to think about all the versions of me that have flowed with this hoop! i'm grateful thru all the years that i can always come back to dance, to music, to expressing myself with movement. wishing some joy upon your day. love yall 🫶🏼
also i recorded this yesterday only to find out at 11pm that is was WORLD HOOP DAY so yeah that's pretty serendipitous

Long time no see ✨ haven’t picked up my hoops in about a year???… dusting off some rust. Life is hard and unfortunately sometimes we put aside things we love when we are in survival mode. It felt good to hoop again today. Hoping to post more soon <3 #flowarts #hoopersofig

An object in motion stays in motion.

An object at rest will stay resting.
