The space between the holidays can be just as demanding as the celebrations themselves. And somewhere along the way, we may begin to feel it: the anxious, scattered mind, the difficulty settling down at night, the feeling that we're running on empty just when the season asks us to give more.

In Ayurveda, these can be signs of aggravated vata- the energy of movement and change that can become ungrounded when life gets too busy, irregular, and overstimulating.

My Ayurvedic Seasonal Restore is a 3-week journey back to warmth, grounding, and deep nourishment. Through gentle flowing movement, deeply supported restorative postures, and guided meditation, we'll explore practices to soothe overwhelm, replenish our reserves, and invite more stillness into our days and nights.

This is your invitation to step out of the doing, even for a little while, remembering that rest isn't something you have to earn.

Come as you are. Set down the to-do list. Let yourself be held.

Journey to a restored 1800s European farmhouse where time slows down and the rhythms of the season invite you to pause, soften, and reconnect.

Join us Sunday, September 27th, just on the heels of the Autumnal Equinox for a day devoted to honoring the transition into autumn and tending to ourselves as we move into a new season. Through the lens of Ayurveda, you’ll learn simple, practical ways to care for your body, mind, and energy during this seasonal shift, including how to support yourself through the qualities of fall with grounding practices you can carry home with you.

High atop the bluffs and enveloped in tall trees, this intimate offsite yoga experience is just 20 minutes from downtown Middleton. Let yourself step into a slower-paced world for the morning as we immerse in nature, guided breathwork, mindful movement, a luxurious sound bath, Ayurvedic wisdom, and the warmth of an inviting community.

Come for a morning of movement, nourishment, nature, and connection and leave with a deeper understanding of how to move through seasonal transitions with greater intention, groundedness, and self-care.

A little mini-vacation, privately tucked away in the trees, to help you arrive fully in autumn.

Cultivate a meaningful reset at the end of your week in this 45-minute gentle bridge from movement to meditation. Midday is often when the day’s intensity peaks; focus is sharp, energy is high, and the nervous system can feel overstimulated. Rather than push through, this soothing practice meets intensity with balance.

This noon class begins with a 30-min slow flow that links breath with movement to release tension, open the body, and downshift the nervous system. The flow creates space for the body and mind to unwind and settle as the practice transitions into a 15-minute guided meditation. Come as you are, and cultivate stillness, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself. Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and restored.

Join us for the empowering and transformative practice of 108 Sun Salutations as we celebrate the Spring Equinox: the season of rebirth and renewal.

After taking time to breathe and center, we’ll set intentions to help honor the cycles and rhythms within and around us. Then we’ll warm up to prepare body for practice. Variations of Surya Namaskar (Sun Saluation) A, B and C will be offered throughout. The practice will close with a series of restorative postures, a deeply soothing guided meditation and a long savasana.

The intention and presence that you bring to your practice is much more important than completing all 108 Sun Salutations, and we welcome all levels to this special event.

If you’re feeling dysregulated by current world events, or just life in general, this free YouTube practice is for you. Nervous system activation is a normal response to life’s demands and stressful events. Dysregulation occurs when we get stuck in high alert or shutdown. This practice is intended to soothe your nervous system and help you connect to your resources- layers of support that feel stable, safe, or neutral.
