Back in the suite for some active recovery with my special basketball player and fellow personal trainer, Cori! 🏀💪🏽

Today we focused on opening up her hips and releasing her abdomen to help ease tension around her lower back. I love giving athletes time to slow down, breathe, and care for the bodies that do so much for them. ✨

Beach Day Vibes, Part 2 ☀️🌊

A little sunshine for this rainy day. Looking back at the warmth, the waves, and those stretches on the sand has me asking: where did summer go? ☔️

I’m already dreaming of next summer’s beach days. Who wants to book a stretch and massage by the water with me next year? 🙋🏽‍♀️

Another Beach Release 🌊

Just beach vibes, deep breaths, and letting it all go. There’s something about the water, the sand, and intentional movement that allows the body to soften, release, and return to itself. 💛

Release where you can breathe. 🌊

There is something healing about stretching beside the water—the rhythm of the waves, the sea air, the salt on your skin, and the earth beneath you. Mother Nature reminds us that release is necessary. As the water continues to move, we can allow the tension, stress, and trapped energy within our bodies to move too.

Before summer fades into winter, take time to get outside. Breathe deeper. Move freely. Let the water carry away what your body no longer needs.

Release. Restore. Return to yourself. 💙

Sacred Freedom Dancing has become a beautiful part of my healing journey.

It has allowed me to release tension, move through my insecurities, and face my fear of being watched and judged. It has helped me free myself from worrying about what other people think—and from the judgments I once carried about my own body.

There was a time when I would never show my stomach because I felt ashamed of the stretch marks I received after having my first child. Now, as I move through my fifties, I just don’t give a f@&k anymore—and that has been one of the most freeing feelings of my life.

Sacred Freedom Dancing is about more than moving freely. It is about releasing the insecurities, fears, expectations, and judgments we carry—both toward ourselves and toward others.

You don’t have to plan the movements. You don’t have to perform. You simply close your eyes, connect with the rhythm, listen to your body, and let yourself go.

This is me choosing freedom—one breath, one rhythm, and one movement at a time.

Welcome my Sacred Freedom Dancing. 💃🏽✨

🌿 Healing under the gazebo 🌿

Beautiful weather, fresh air, and a deep hip-and-leg release—what better place to let go? ☀️

Our hips don’t literally “store trauma,” but stress, fear, grief, and prolonged emotional pressure can cause the body to brace and hold tension—often around the hips, pelvis, lower back, and legs.

Sometimes tight hips aren’t only asking for a stretch. They may be asking you to slow down, breathe deeply, feel safe, and gently release what your body has been protecting.

Today, we’re creating space for movement, breath, and freedom—one sacred release at a time. ✨

What are you ready to release?
