SADNA - professional dance program

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Yesterday, @talbenari_physio joined us at the kibbutz for an in-depth workshop on injury prevention and physiotherapy.

During the workshop, we delved into the physical demands placed on dancers, the identification of training loads and risk factors, the development of body awareness, and gaining practical tools for managing physical demands and maintaining optimal physical function throughout the year.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tal for a professional, enriching, and in-depth session. Thank you for sharing your extensive knowledge with us🙏🏻❤️

Looking forward to the next one!❤️ taken in Ga`Ton, Hazafon, Israel by @sadna_professionaldanceprogram

לאור המצב, האודישן לסדנא שתוכנן ל-31/3 - יידחה. הודעה על מועד חדש תצא ברגע שנחזור לשגרה. בתקווה שיבואו ימים שקטים ממש בקרוב🙏

Due to the situation, the audition for Sadna planned to 31/3 will be postponed. A new date will be announced as soon as we return to normal routine. Hopefully, calmer days will come very soon 🙏 by @sadna_professionaldanceprogram
