A day of restoration, by nature.

Last month, we brought together Sæl Spa and @wildsmithskin for a day dedicated to movement, nourishment and meaningful time in nature.

From the riverside calm of Sæl Spa to the grounds of @heckfield_place, the day offered space to slow down, reconnect and experience the restorative power of nature.

Led by psychologist and wellbeing practitioner @amysteadman, the experience was an introduction to the shared philosophy behind Sæl and Wildsmith – a belief in the powerful connection between nature, wellbeing and the rituals we create for ourselves.
