Community is everything.

In 1998 I landed in London on a gap year. I came to Fulham and I never left.

This is where I raised my three children. It’s where I built my business. And it’s where I found something I hadn’t planned for: community.

I’ve been part of many communities here, and I’ve had the privilege of building one of my own. To me, it matters as much as keeping your body, mind and spirit healthy. Without it, we really don’t have much.

Community saves lives. In an age when we’re more connected online than ever and somehow lonelier, it’s what we’re all craving. A familiar face. A place where people know your name. People who show up for you.

Longevity isn’t only about how long you live. It’s about who you live it with.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. This is your space. 🤍

Not one filter.

A sun-drenched evening, the pool overlooking the river, synchronised swimmers, champagne and canapés, music and conversation flowing - then guests enjoying taster experiences of what’s on offer. Sæl’s core values are restore, evolve, ascend, and their vision of wellness is one rooted in balance, social connection included. You could feel that throughout the space.

My part was three sessions of meditation and sound with red light therapy by @boncharge_ - the restore value was met, deep rest was had.

Paola and I go back years. I was in her classes long before I started teaching yoga at the PBB Fulham studio many moons ago, so being invited back feels like a full circle moment.

So excited to be joining Sæl’s light-filled studio and returning to PBB Fulham with Yin on the schedule - my own fluid, fascia-focused take - plus sound journeys and more to come.

There’s something special about building community in the place that shaped me.

SAEL SPA IS BRINGING A NEW APPROACH TO WELLNESS TO FULHAM 🌿✨ // Recently opened at Fulham Pier, Sael is a luxury sanctuary set right on the banks of the River Thames.

Spread across four floors, Sael is designed around movement, recovery and long-term wellbeing, with everything from reformer Pilates, yoga and breathwork. 🧘‍♀️

The spa features saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges and contrast therapy, while upstairs you’ll find a 15-metre heated rooftop infinity pool overlooking the river. 🧖‍♀️🚿

Membership is application-only, with different tiers offering varying levels of access.
