I’m a permit girl at heart but it’s reeeeallly hard to argue that jumping some silver isn’t quite possibly the neatest thing I’ve ever done on fly. 😎🤘🏻Let’s go! @jamezjohnson

There’s permit..and then there’s the kind of permit that you have a hard time getting your hand around to grab the tail. 👀

Y’all didn’t think I’d leave Alaska without a big rainbow, right?!

Targeted so many different fish on this trip that we only really left two partial afternoons for chasing after these bows but we got it done!! @sageindendi always making sure that fish gets in the net 🤘

A few spots left for next year at @katmaitrophylodge

August 21-28 for silvers and rainbows of all sizes. Shoot me a message! by @sageindendi

An ode to the greatest saltwater season I could have ever imagined. Thank you @jamezjohnson for continuing to teach me your permit guru ways. I know I still have much to learn. To all the guides we fished with this season, thank you for the push, all the effort you put in and the passion you shared with us. Let’s go for more, SOON!

🥹 Aahhh you guys..it’s the last perm on the season for me….
•
It’s beyond words what this season has meant. So much time and effort has gone into becoming a better angler. I know I’ve already shared a sappy caption about it all so I’ll keep this short…but we’re up in Alaska now getting @katmaitrophylodge ready for you…and I can tell you that the goal and mission remain the same: get stronger, become a better guide, create deep and meaningful connections with our guests and….of course…. catch em all!
•
I’m not gonna say I won’t be sharing some more salt content but know that the Alaska spam is coming! 🫶🏻🤘🏻
