good morning w some first show energyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I was def this happy up there lol

for anyone who ever has something that sits in the back of their head that they would like to do and it doesn’t seem to leave, it’s for a reason

if you’re constantly thinking about a certain something and you look at the clock and see repeating numbers, it’s for a reason

god calls you to pursue and go after things in your life and its up to you to listen🤍

still feel like I was in a dream

nationally qualified on my first show ever and have all the feels…

took some much needed time to relax and recharge over the weekend

buttttttttttttttt now it’s time to get some feedback and decide what’s next and get to work💪🏽

to be steady in the soul and free in the spirit

this year was truly one of the most transformative years I’ve ever had

with a lot of self work that had to be done

this year made her strong, so next year she could be happy

last wedding of the year was such a good one

it was a busy wedding year with all the love in the air and it was so beautiful to see

@fitwitheunice you were my first real gf in California when I moved here from Baltimore and was so happy I came across your beautiful soul…tryna search for some quality soul gfs here at first was a little tough LOL

we met at your favorite workout studio which is now your dream job, and I couldn’t be more happy for you👆🏽

you and @ryan_sachs have been there for me through it all and I love you both forever

PS I will literally dance the entire night away and be the last one to leave if you put me in your wedding

that is all lol

self reflect sunday:

this weeks family bible study we talked about how difficult it can feel to…

be goal oriented
work very hard
achieve new things

but still feel

happy
whole
complete

with where you are today

however true self love will lead to a happy whole heart that does feel complete with where you are

and all you truly want to do is give love to others and serve the world w talents you were blessed with

which feels like the best achievement of all

someone who I have always adored whole heartedly made a post about enneagram personalities. and since I love to read and learn new things for hours I was mentally gone lol

once you learn which one you are, it actually helps you see how you live your life and view the world in a new light. I actually expected to get completely different one than the one I got but as I continued to read it did start to make a lot more sense.

I have fortunately and unfortunately been in all three of these stages at some point in life and my thoughts at times do wander amongst all:

enneagram 3: the achiever

confident, ambitious and goal oriented and only makes up 11% of the worlds population

healthy:

self accepting, separates who they are from their achievements, believes in themselves, able to slow down and just ‘be’, charitable, others go to them for advice, vulnerability of feelings comes with ease

on our way to unhealthy:

constantly overachieving but not feeling satisfied, comparing themselves to others, confident, difficult time identifying feelings

unhealthy:

self focused, believes they are better than others, extreme fear of failure, inability to admit ones mistakes, vulnerability of feelings is out of sight

overall feel happy and blessed to say that we are currently in the level of healthy and feel like I am able to slow down and just be☝🏽🤍☝🏽

but the underlying benefit to even knowing this is to be self aware and notice where your head starts to go and why, so as you continue to go through life you can bring yourself back to the healthy stage with ease
