That they can have anything, and there is more out there waiting for them.

- The mornings you woke up and chose to try again.
- The risks you took without a safety net.

- The wrong turns, set backs and failures you made.

Show them the messy starts and the middle chapters, not just the highlight reel.

Show them the homes you outgrew, the doors that opened, the moments you thought would break you but didn’t.

Because one day, someone’s going to look at your story and realise they can write their own too..

One of the greatest and most unexpected blessings that came out of Bali were these people right here.

I had zero intention or expectation to come here and deepen my connection with friends from home, and definitely no idea that I would meet some of the most beautiful and creative humans, that I would end up falling in love with over the course of two months.

I am beyond grateful to each of you.
You all taught me lessons about myself that I needed to know - whether you realize it or not. 🫶🏽 Thank you for being the light that you are.

The Life Reset I Didn’t Know I Needed

For seven years, I chased my dream of becoming a registered dietitian, nutrition and fitness coach—pushing through my dietetics degree, internships, part-time jobs, a toxic relationship, and endless hustling and investments to build my nutrition and fitness coaching business. But it never felt like my move; it was always driven by obligations and outside pressures. That was until I chose California.

I had been surviving, not living. The constant grind left me exhausted, disconnected, and burnt out. When I moved to California, I finally gave myself the space to breathe, reset, and realign. It wasn’t just about a career; it was about reconnecting with the woman I truly am. California offered peace, energy, and a community of like-minded individuals who understood what it meant to chase dreams while staying grounded.

Here, I discovered how I operate best: what fuels me, what drains me, and how to structure my days for success. I learned that success isn’t about constantly hustling—it’s about finding balance and energy in everything you do. I stopped wasting time and energy on things that didn’t serve me, and began embracing the freedom, peace, and clarity I’ve always needed.

For the first time in years, I felt like I was living my truth, surrounded by people who got it. I was no longer an outsider; I was in the right place at the right time. California wasn’t just a destination—it was the reset I needed to truly step into my best self and set the foundation for the future I’ve always dreamed of.

Thank you, October, for giving me more discernment, strength, courage, and faith 🤍✨

I’m in a season in my life where my faith is really being tested. I almost feel like the Devil is trying hard to prevent something big from happening.

I’ll be honest. During a season like this, my old self would be terrified. She’d cling onto any ounce of control that she could. But my current self— I have full faith.🙏🏼

I’m trusting that I’m doing everything I can that’s within my control at this time. I’m trusting the people I’ve chosen to be by my side will continue to stick by me, and they’re doing all that they can as well. Most of all, as cheesy as it sounds, I trust that no weapon formed against me will prosper!! Even though I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, I know God has a plan.💫

The only thing for us to do is listen, have discernment, and take action when He tells us to.🧘🏻‍♀️

The Devil works hard, but I know my God works harder🤍

Let’s make these last 2 months of this year count.🫂
