We are still thinking about our time with @out_inthefield back in early August. As the featured guest restaurant and chef, we put together a menu that we do best, highlighting seasonal produce from local area farms like Meadowlark Farm

The event brought us back to our roots. If you didn't know Sagra in its beginning, we were only a pop-up featuring a multi-course, family-style meal to be passed and shared around the table, bringing together friends and family.

While we have evolved, we still offer it today. Bring your friends and your family to our table, and be sure to order the Mitchel Market Menu.

We are closed today for Labor Day.

This is one of the only times in the year when you won't be able to enjoy our Meatball Monday. Our staff is off enjoying the holiday.

Every Monday we roll the meatballs: Grind the beef; Soak the Stale Bread; Add the Herbs & Spices; Sear & Simmer to comfort level 10. Every Monday we celebrate meatball. Every Monday. We also, every Monday, celebrate those brothers and sisters within the food service industry; from bartenders and cooks, to dishwashers, wait staff, and chefs alike.

PASTA ALLA NORMA

One of chef mitchel’s favorite menu items this time of year is the humble eggplant alla norma. Every year brings a slight variation on seasons past.

Currently: roasted eggplant and tomatoes tangled with house-made tonnarelli, basil, mint and stracciatella.
