Excited to announce that I’ve been nominated for two BTAA awards.

This nomination means more to me than any other award nomination because I’m being recognized by my community. It’s also fulfilling to get a award nomination on my first professional professionally produced scenic design. Congratulations to the amazing Cast and crew for both productions.

It’s funny because I was very hesitant about doing the same show twice in one year, but seeing that I got a nomination for both Production shows me that I approached each differently in a way that was recognizable and worth acknowledging

Thank you to both directors Cordaro Dont'e Santiago and @Donn Carl Harper for trusting me to do my thang.

Thank you to Eta Creative Arts and Chicago Heights Drama Group for presenting these shows.

SWIPE⏩️⏭️➡️▶️ PICS AND VIDS

Last week I had the incredible privilege of working with Arena Stage in Washington, DC on a community outreach production. While I was there, I got to catch the WORLD PREMIERE of CrazySexyCool: The TLC Musical.

And yes Chilli and Tboze were there! And so honored and proud to see their legacy celebrated in this way.

Man… this is hands down some of the best theater I’ve seen in years. And that’s saying something because I see…and make a LOT of theater. From the performances to the direction, choreography, design, and storytelling, the entire production is first-rate. If this show comes anywhere near you and especially if it goes to broadway,YOU GOTTA GO SEE IT.

Big love to my entire DC family for making the week even better. Y’all know who you are.

2025 taught me A LOT. About my self. And about others. I thank God for the Lessons. One of the many lessons I’ve learned is no matter the situation. No matter the circumstances. No matter how many monkeys try to stop the show: ALWAYS BE A FLY NIGGA! Im ready for 2026 in the best way! by @saintlevi_

If im postin, we musta opened!
It’s happy openings all year!
This OUR year, my dear, i do fear
Let me make this clear.
I cant stop, no my balloon cant be popped
I’ill never flop, or drop
The mantle I carry is too heavy,
Its too scary to think
about me being the weak link
So i push and i fight.
Say things that you might
Not like. Not like.
NOT LIKE i care.
This is the truth so beware
We forging paths over here
Systems dismantled over there.
Change happens everywhere
So lets make the difference very clear.
