It’s been cold and rainy out there, which makes this feel extra good.

Crispy Katsu simmered in a hot, savoury broth with soft egg and onions. Served bubbling and warm right to your table. Our Katsu Nabe is basically made for days like this.

Everyone talks about the katsu itself, but the tray around it does a lot of quiet work too!

There's salt on there for the first slice, plain, while it's still hot out of the fryer, that's the one bite we think you shouldn't sauce up!

After that, fresh ground sesame and katsu sauce for whatever you're feeling,
and the pickle isn't just a garnish, it's there so your palate gets a break between bites 👏

Nothing on this tray is random. We just don't usually say that part out loud.
