Cretaceous Appalachian scene from last year featuring Appalachiasaurus, Nyctosaurus, Prognathodon, and Apsopelix. Thought it would be a good time to finally post it now because of Mosasaur week

Dinovember day 20: arctic dinosaurs

Cryolophosaurus

Arctic dinosaurs have always interested me because its such a different environment to what people usually think dinosaurs lived in.

I also visited the natural history museum when I drew this in December 2019 and got to see an actual Cryolophosaurus skeleton as well as the cool sculpture blue rhino studios made of it, and got a rare opportunity to take my own custom reference images, which ill post soon.

Dinovember day 19: Baluar

A more avian take on Baluar, this is the second one I drew for dinovember cause I didnt look close enough at the prompt list, but I actually like this one a lot more than the one I did before so it worked out anyways

Dinovember day 18: Ancestral dinosaur

Kulindadromeus

Kulindadromeus was a basal ornithischian that was, at the time of its description in 2014, one of the oldest known instances of feather like filaments and suggested that filaments were basal to dinosauria as a whole and not just derived theropods

Dinovember day 17: boss fight

A Postosuchus defends its kill (a Placerias) from a group of Coelophysis. This drawing is a little bit like a more accurate version of the first episode of walking with dinosaurs, new blood, because it has all the same animals
