“People need the holidays. They need happiness, they need joy, and they need reasons to give and to love.”

—SPECTACULAR by Stephanie Garber ❤️ (@stephanie_garber)

In light of our holiday season, I wanted to share again some of my fave holiday themed pieces I had the wonderful opportunity to do last year (because it doesn’t make sense for me to pour so much love and thought into each piece to only share it once!!!) ❤️ This one is from @owlcrate’s edition of SPECTACULAR that they released last year!! It features Julian and Scarlett at Scarlett’s grand ball (wish I soo wish I could go to 😭❤️🎄)!

This time, I’m sharing my art process for this as well! As always, more on my Patreon if you’re interested in the HD versions and more step-by-steps! 🥰❤️

Thank you again @stephanie_garber and @owlcrate for commissioning me, I loved this book and I loved drawing them!!! 🥰

Earlier this year, I was commissioned by @penguinrandomhouse to draw Koen and Serena for Ali Hazelwood’s (@alihazelwood) newest release, MATE!! An absolute honor, because I LOVED BRIDE so much 🤍🐺!! This art was created for the TARGET Exclusive edition and can be found on the inside cover. ✨

I thought I would share some of my WIPs here — we went through a couple of different poses and color comps, but the one that you see on this post are the ones we ultimately went with! For sketching and designing, I use CSP since it’s a bit more intuitive for drawing, but I switch over to Photoshop when I work with colors (I totally forgot to record this process, but I have some of the drawing process auto recorded from CSP’s timelapse feature that I may share later!) Special thanks to @vikki.chu for your art direction! 🌟

THE SWORDS ⚔️

—

Sometimes being an artist means cooking and keeping it a secret for a few years (this is from 2024)! Here’s a concept character cast piece I did for @katee_robert for their book, THE TAROT TRIALS! I did a few more that I’ll be sharing soon ⚔️. I love doing these character casts so much (P.S. authors please commission me to draw more of these 👀😼)

HD version, timelapse and WIPS are on my P✨treon (🔗 in bio)~

(I’m going to make a video showcasing it soon, so proud of these pieces!)

—

Since it’s ✨EvaJacks week✨, I’ll be sharing some art of them I made over the years 🥹 so crazy to look back and see this drawing I did of them 3 years ago for P🍎treon (and also so crazy to see how my style and brush preferences have evolved since then)!

Swipe for some WIP’s 🌸✨! As always, HD version and more can be found on my P🍎treon, 🔗 in bio (you’ll have to use the search bar or go into collections)!

Happy release day to THE MIRROR OF INFINITE ENDINGS by @stephanie_garber!! I’ve been saving this piece to share today 🍎🥧🦊! For this piece, we wanted to convey a happily ever after moment, with them enjoying a picnic with some cute critters in the background! In the cover the fox and a bit of the background was cropped, so I’m so excited to show them here! Eva and Jacks will be suprised when they look back to no pie left 🙊🥧.

This was commissioned by @flatiron_books for the pre-order dust jacket gift that was announced awhile back. Thank you again for the opportunity! ❤️
(I’m going to make a video showcasing it soon, if you haven’t seen it already)!

Full art, Timelapse, and WIPS are on my P⭐️treon page~

Happy reading everyone!! 📚

I finished THE SONGBIRD AND THE HEART OF STONE by Carissa Broadbent (@carissabroadbentbooks) during my trip to Europe the past couple of weeks and I ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 the ending!!! I can’t wait to dive into the next book.

I’ll admit I’m a binge reader and I often wait for books to come out so I can binge the series, but I seriously can’t believe it took me this long to read it!! Mische and Asar story was so beautiful, and they’re such perfect complement eachother so well 😭💘💘💘

HD version in my 🔗’s as always! ❤️ Mische and Asar from The Songbird and The Heart of Stone by @sallteas
