Looking for an artist for your book but not sure where to start? @bookishartistscompendium is a database of vetted artists who don’t use AI! Because you KNOW we human writers and human artists need to stick together 🫡

The artists I’ve personally commissioned @mageofspace__ and @themoonborn.illustrations can both be found on there 😉 And I can confirm they're worth every penny! They gave so much thought and care to A CURSE CARVED IN INK, from Zhenya’s monolids to the book she held (described as having a lock with no opening... it was a lot easier to describe in words than paint LOL but Jade managed it 🫶), to the shape of Kaijun’s nose and Yaori’s sapphic fingernails (thank you Gabby 😂)

I’ve never tried adding up all the hours spent on every draft of my debut according to Microsoft Word, but I wouldn’t be shocked if I’d racked up well over 10,000 hours 😬 So I know firsthand that art (in all its forms) is a labour of love, so I'm grateful to everyone who's laboured over mine--artists, editors, designers, readers… Thank you!

A CURSE CARVED IN INK is my debut bi love triangle x chinese vampire folklore romantasy standalone 🩷💜💙

✩🪞🍎Review:

An enchanting novella that reads like a fairytale!

“The Mirror of Infinite Endings” follows Jacks and Evangeline Fox after one secret threatens to change the ending of their happily ever after.

Garber’s signature whimsy and Lotusbubble’s stunning illustrations work in tandem to transport readers back to the Magnificent North for another magical tale! It was an absolute delight to spend more time with EvaJacks in relative bliss after all the couple was put through in the first three installments. The new points-of-view and adorable art beautifully expand upon the overarching narrative of the Once Upon a Broken Heart series while also laying the groundwork for future novels centering on fan-favorite characters. I adored every single page and look forward to the next adventure Garber takes us on!

*thank you to the lovely @marissateng_ for making dreams come true ㅤꨄ︎ I could not be more grateful to you for sending me your extra dust jacket so I could complete my set 🥹 sending so many hugs*

VIOLET AMONG THIEVES
- By: AJ Wynn

AVAILABLE TODAY ON KU!

Rating: 4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
Spice: 2.0 🌶️🌶️

Happy Release Day! 🎉 I’m a little behind on my reviews, but I loved Violet Among Thieves and couldn’t let release day pass without celebrating it. Even though I jumped into this series without reading the first two books, I was immediately drawn into Violet and Chance’s story. The mystery was detailed and thoughtfully developed, keeping me guessing about Chance’s secrets while never overshadowing the romance. Cozy, engaging, and beautifully paced, I especially loved the connection between Violet and Chance and found myself rooting for them until the very end. 💜📚✨

They’re all here at last 🥹 Returning to The Hollow, and its magic, felt like coming home. This story had everything I love about EvaJacks WITH illustrations! @lotusbubble created magic with the illustrations, and I particularly enjoyed seeing the baby dragons. I loved seeing the little nods to Caraval, and the inclusion of my favorite side characters: Lala and Chaos. Desperately hoping that @stephanie_garber returns to this world again, in the future 💖
