MAD91🍸 Madrid in one sip.

A cocktail born in Madrid, inspired by one of its most iconic flavors: torrija.
Red vermouth, brandy and the liquid memory of a city that has been serving history at every table for centuries.

Created in collaboration with the Madrid City Council to become the cocktail that represents the city, bringing together some of the most characteristic ingredients of its gastronomy.

From 17th-century Madrid taverns…
to bars all around the world.

A Mexican at Salmon Guru, Madrid, one of 50 the Worlds Best Bars🇲🇽🫂🇪🇸

Thank you to the @salmonguru team for opening your bar to us. 🙏

As a Mexican, representing tequila around the world is more than explaining what’s in the bottle. It’s sharing a culture, a history and a craft that Mexican families have built for generations.

Tequila opens the door to everything else: our food, our music, our art, our traditions. And above all, our people.

A good tequila should make you want to know where it comes from.

Thank you @salmonguru y mi compadre @diegocabrerabartender

CARAMEL WATERMELON
@1800tequila_es

We start with Tequila 1800 Blanco, add a lime cordial that cuts straight through, a touch of salted caramel to flip the whole thing on its head, and finish with a crisp watermelon soda.

The result: sweet, salty, citrusy, and running on outboard motor energy.

Best enjoyed staring at the horizon (the bar works too). taken in Madrid, Spain by @salmonguru
