This week, our leads and next-in-line leaders had the privilege of learning from the legendary coach Chris Baran @coachchrisbaran , diving into his “Train the Trainer” program.

Chris didn’t just teach techniques. He gave us the tools to teach with clarity, confidence, and heart. At Salon 718, education is at the core of who we are, and this experience is helping us grow stronger mentors, better communicators, and more empowered leaders for our team and our guests.

1) our new talent gets to [utilize] the tools we've given them in order to feel what life is like behind the chair. They exercise time management, communication, proper consultation, and [build] relationships.

2) it allows an [opportunity] for each individual to provide specific services and start building their clientele.

3) it provides a #safespace for new talent to [sharpen] their skills.
