The first ever Food Truck Friday was a hit! Thank you to everyone who came out and made it a great event.

This week, October 16, 15% of all sales will benefit @matttalbotkitchenoutreach! The MTKO mission is to relieve hunger, overcome homelessness, address addiction, and provide outreach and advocacy in Lincoln!

Saltdogs Fans,
Before we look ahead, we want to thank you all for making 2026 a truly memorable season, and we're thankful to have been able to share so many great memories with you all. As always, thank you for making Haymarket Park a great place to spend the summer!

Looking ahead, the 2027 schedule is here, and the season begins Friday, May 7 at Fargo, and our home opener being Tuesday, May 11 against Sioux Falls.

Season ticket packages are on sale now by emailing tickets@saltdogs.com or by calling the office (402)474-2255.

THIS FRIDAY: Food Truck Fridays - benefiting the @malonecenterlnk

This October, the Lincoln Saltdogs are teaming up with local food trucks to support nonprofits across the community. 15% of sales from each Food Truck Friday will be donated to a local nonprofit.

Where: Haymarket Park (403 Line Drive Circle, Lincoln NE) in lot 20. The food trucks will be lined along the west end of lot 20, just outside right field and the picnic pavilion at Haymarket Park.

When: This Friday, October 9. The food trucks open at 11:00am and the events run until 2:00pm.

We are excited to announce that our General Manager, Shane Tritz has been named the American Association Executive of the Year, recognizing his leadership and success overseeing the operations of the Saltdogs organization.

“Receiving the Executive of the Year award is an incredible honor, and one I’m truly grateful to receive,” said Tritz. “I want to sincerely thank the Abel family and Charlie Meyer for providing me the opportunity to join the Lincoln Saltdogs organization and I am beyond grateful to the Abel family and the NEBCO leadership team for their continued trust and support.

Most importantly, this recognition reflects the people I have the privilege of working with every day. An award like this is never an individual accomplishment, it is only possible because of the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of our entire staff. I’m incredibly proud of what we have and will continue to accomplish together and beyond grateful to be part of such a special organization and community.”

For the 25th consecutive season, Haymarket Park has been named the American Association's Playing Surface of the Year. A huge amount of credit is due to our amazing grounds crew, who go above and beyond to keep the field at a highest standard.

Join us in congratulating Kyle, Joseph, Gunnar, and Braeden on another outstanding season! We thank them for all they do to make Haymarket Park one of the best playing surfaces in the league!
