🌈Big news! Croissant-Shaped Gnocchi launches in stores at @pccmarkets today! It has been a whirlwind journey, punctuated with moments of delight & joy, & as much or more elbow grease as you can possibly imagine.
🌈We have painstakingly curated, tested, developed and retested three sauces that are sold in conjunction with our pillowiest, most vegetable-vibrant gnocchi that has been given a “fluff” makeover through the past several months. The texture will make you swoon.
🌈You can choose from 4 products- gnocchi with pomodoro sauce, gnocchi with pesto, gnoc & cheese, and a box filled with 100% Croissant-Shaped Gnocchi, so you can conjure your own wildest, sauciest dreams.

🐞 gnocchi! A 🐞flew inside the other day & as we were rescuing it my kid asked me- what if they’re non-binary or a dude, what do we call them then? And I decided to make 🐞 gnocchi so we could all ask ourselves the question- what should we call these aerial, enlightened little good luck charms? Best response 👇 gets to rename them in the dictionary (JUST KIDDING but I will make you some next time I see you!) 🐞🐞🐞

Ted Lasso, you meant the world, thank you. The way you tackled mental health, gender equity & embraced diversity with outrageous optimism may be forever unmatched on tv. I made a lasagne layered with Nigerian Obe Ata sauce like we might’ve seen in Sam Obisanya’s restaurant, topped with the reconstructed “Believe” sign as a beacon of delicious hope for us all. I’m grateful for 3 seasons- the characters, the wit, the adventures, the joy.
