My favorite pasta is @pastagarofalo

They know, have come out with the protein pasta, which I haven’t gotten to try yet, but I’m sure it’s just a tasty! 😋

This pasta does not make me feel bloated and is super clean and organic!

Just because I love this dog so much and his sassy self. He teaches me so many things like it’s ok to not have to please everyone, his confidence is A1, you can be nice to everyone without having to be overly friendly, it’s ok to just chill, and to not care what anyone thinks.

I have never had a schnauzer before and Figaro is one of the smartest pups I have ever had. He is so loving in his own ways and is a stubborn one, but never defiant. It’s like he knows he’s a dog and has a brain of his own but won’t be tricked.

He takes his job guarding the house and me very seriously. He could care less about other humans trying to give him attention. He only lets a handful of people pet him.

I have had different breeds of dogs my whole life but one thing is for sure I’m a dog person. I need to have a dog. There were times in my life where I felt that my dog was my only friend. I am grateful for every dog that I have ever had.

Sometimes I wish that Figaro could have met my Panda baby. But I know Panda sent me Figaro because this is the dog that I needed for this time of my life. You all know the love I had for Panda and am so grateful that so many people got to love him too. I am so grateful for our cocker spaniel Domino that helped me not feel alone when I often was. Even though he was sick all the time he always helped take away my sadness. Our German shepherd’s Principe and Princessa showed me how fun and rewarding dogs can be and how smart and intuitive dogs are. Let’s not forget about Shaggy that boy taught me resilience and beauty is more than meets the eye. He was a loving yet smelly dog. He showed me everything can be beautiful, and not to be upset by your shortcomings because there is always another way.

I am so grateful to God for all the dogs that he has blessed my life with and lucky to know what it feels like to be loved by a dog.

One pot veggie sausage pasta 🍝

What you’ll need to make this:
- sausage (can leave out for vegetarian friendly)
- onions (I prefer sweet onions)
- tomatoes
- mushrooms
- bone broth or stock @pacificfoods
- pasta of your choice I love @pastagarofalo
- Greek yogurt @chobani

I did end up using two more large tablespoons of the Greek yogurt because that is what I had left and wanted to use it all. I also ended up using the entire box of spinach.

Pro tip: add the broth or stock slowly into your pot not all at once

We grated some fresh pecorino Romano cheese on top and this meal was soo tasty! 😋 my husband already asked me when I will make it again!

I bought most of my veggies from @traderjoes and @grocery_outlet we try to find the best bang for our buck in this economy while still eating organic and and as clean as possible!

Peach 🍑 pineapple 🍍 agua fresca

As always @vitamix blends my agua fresca’s the best it mixes all the ingredients into one.

To add probiotics in my drink while I eat, I used 2 tablespoons of @chobani Greek yogurt.

I like to get frozen fruit options from @traderjoes they always have a great variety a good prices. Esp in this economy.

To sweeten my agua fresca I used simply fruit dates from @costco which are a great source of added fiber and antioxidants for our drink. This coupled with the greek yogurt helps to digest our yummy food we make giving us added benefits in our drink. Not to mention having two servings of fruit in our day that we may have otherwise not had!

Quick lil home stop, didn’t get to see as many people as I hoped but such a beautiful time celebrating loved ones.

We got to celebrate my grandmothers 90th birthday, Gian’s grandfathers 90th birthday. Finally got to meet my friend’s baby and he was so cute and celebrated her husband’s bday! Celebrated another friend’s engagement and them buying a house! My friend’s baby turned 2! And our friend’s wedding. Plus getting to see family and celebrating Gian’s brother and his wife’s many accomplishments!

Lucky to have so many people winning around us and lucky to be along for the ride! So proud of all of you and thankful to have such a wonderful tribe! ❤️‍🔥
