181025 // Straight cuts 🎬
My take on the creed edit. A bit much work for 15s of video but a cool editing challenge nonetheless. Clips from our autumn adventure in Engadin, Grisons, Switzerland with help filming @samuuw @timmy__films @merlin_visuals @totschnigflo
Wearing @nikinclothing of course 🌲

230725 // POLARIS
This is earth’s rotation made visible. No AI involved here. What you are looking at is a stacked exposure of the night sky with polaris at it‘s center. You are very much looking directly at the axis of rotation of our planet - how crazy is that?
It‘s one of the more complex photos I took. You stack an exposure over several hours of taking photos of the night sky, blended into a single frame. Swipe to see the timelapse as well.
Any questions on astro shooting? 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

230722 // MISTICO FOREST
Wide or narrow? Honestly you can‘t imagine the length of that discussion about the ideal focal length we had on that bridge. All it takes is two camera nerds on one trip and there‘s no going back to normal conversations. So let me know in the comments; which one do you prefer?

140926 // Starry Skies
I got to finally go on some missions two weeks ago and we got incredibly lucky with the conditions for astro. No moon, clear skies and of course, where we slept was far away from any light pollution.
It‘s not often you get opportunities to gaze deep into the centre of out galaxy and it‘s something that has fascinated me since the very beginning of my photography journey. So here‘s a few shots of these adventures, hope you enjoy.
As always, no AI involved here, only good old long exposures and some color correction.
Let me know when was the last time you stayed up to look at the stars 🌙 ✨

120926 // New Frontiers
While everybody is talking about frontier models I‘m just happy to explore new spots in my backyard. Anybody else have that problem when they tick one spot off the list another two come to mind? At least it won‘t get boring here for quite some time. Snapshots from recent trips with @samuuw and @timmy__films

180826 // Morning hike dump
Hiking random hills before breakfast. The Spanish bi-phasic sleep pattern is paying off — every single sunrise and sunrise mission has been an epic win so far. It’s hot, but Mallorca has definitely lived up to expectations. Can’t wait to explore more of the island.
