ICE BATH ❄️
Throughout the winter months, I either start or finish my day with an ice bath. ☃️

I focus on slow, controlled breathing — around 30–50 deep breaths — while staying as relaxed as possible in the cold. Once I’m out, I move straight into a few minutes of mobility work to gradually warm up and get the body moving again. ✨
