The second print I made for the exhibition Migration and Mutation @rockaway_park

The Red Fox, well known in Bristol and beyond for their astounding ability to thrive in urban environments. Having evolved to have a shorter and wider snout compared to their countryside cousin; they are an excellent example of wildlife mutating to suit metropolitan surroundings.

The first of two prints made for the exhibition Migration and Mutation @rockaway_park

The Herring Gull, notorious in Aberystwyth and feared by many in towns and cities worldwide. Incredibly capable of scavenging and stealing from holidaymakers and locals alike. As common in land and at sea yet surprisingly on the red list of endangered species. A great example of nature adapting to live alongside humans, for better or for worse.

These cheeky little birds can also be spotted on the Ceredigion coast. They can be quite noisy, you can normally hear them before you see them! by @sam_bedworth

A Tetrapak drypoint of an Oystercatcher skull I found on @enllibardsey . If you would like to see it in person it will be being exhibited at @gallery_gwyn from 10th August to 5th October. by @sam_bedworth

These were two of the tetrapak drypoint etchings I did with @harrie.fuller on @enllibardsey . Both of these birds were spotted on the island, and noise of the Manx shearwaters at night was incredible! by @sam_bedworth
