🏟️PRESEASON PREP — 6 WEEK RUGBY LEAGUE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Don’t wait until preseason starts to get fit.

Preseason Prep is a complete 6-week athletic development program designed for rugby league players who want to arrive at preseason ready to perform.

⚡ Acceleration & Max Velocity
↔️ Change of Direction
🏃 Aerobic & Repeat-Effort Conditioning
🏋️ Strength & Power
💥 Plyometrics & Jump training

Sessions are built around intent — short, purposeful and no fluff.

Whether you’re looking to make a team, earn a starting spot or simply turn up to preseason in the best shape possible, the work starts before preseason.

Plenty of highs and lows across the last 8 seasons, but I don’t think there’s ever been a better time to be a Newcastle Knight.

My two girls got the VIP experience today, watching the boys train from the sidelines during Grand Final week.

Pretty special to be able to share moments like this with them. Hopefully, in years to come, they’ll look back and realise just how special these days were ❤️💙 taken in McDonald Jones Stadium by @sam_kenno
