There’s a shift in the air right now in Barcelona; the light turns golden a little earlier, the terraces empty out just slightly, and the city starts to exhale into autumn. It’s the season for turning inward while still savouring the last warm afternoons by the sea. Autumn is a very special season filled with warm colours everywhere you look.

An expressive lab centered on the Tarot de Marseille, explored through the body, mind & emotion.

Alongside a theoretical foundation — the structure and possibles frameworks for understanding the Tarot, the energy each archetype embodies, and its possible meanings — we move into exploring those same principles through expressive techniques: movement, writing, drawing, adding to what the group may also bring to intuitively.

This is a space to explore the Tarot from a perspective of expanded cognition, where the senses, the body, intuition and the group's tone shape both the experience and the learning.

No prior knowledge of tarot is required. The only requirement is curiosity to explore its mystery in an alternative way.

Come as you are and explore the experience!

What to bring:

A notebook for writing or drawing

Un laboratorio de investigación en torno al Tarot de Marsella, explorando los arcanos desde diferentes técnicas expresivas.

Junto a un componente teórico —la estructura y distintos ensamblajes posibles para el Tarot, la energía que encarna cada arquetipo y sus posibles significados— pasaremos a explorar esos mismos principios a través de técnicas expresivas: el movimiento, la escritura, el dibujo, y lo que el campo grupal vaya convocando.

Este es un espacio para explorar el Tarot desde una perspectiva de cognición expandida, donde los sentidos, el cuerpo, la intuición y el tono grupal inciden tanto en la experiencia como en el aprendizaje.

No hace falta tener conocimientos previos de tarot. El único requisito es tener curiosidad por explorar sus secretos de una manera alternativa.

Ven a probar este 15 de octubre!

Qué traer:

@contactbeyondcontact es una práctica de Movimiento y Exploración Relacional que nos invita a descubrir nuevas formas de encuentro en la pista, desde la presencia, la escucha y el respeto.

Quiero compartirte lo que CBC está significando para mí, desde mi experiencia como facilitador de Ecstatic Dance y como bailarín de diferentes prácticas de Movimiento Libre y relación con otrxs.

Acceder a estos espacios me permite:

🌀 En la pista de baile:
— Descubrir nuevas posibilidades de movimiento en diferentes niveles y direcciones del espacio.
— Afinar mi escucha del entorno y de lxs demás.
— Ampliar mi capacidad de improvisar hacia la interacción grupal.
— Atreverme a guiar y proponer.
— Aprender a dejarme guiar y confiar.
— Sentir más libertad y seguridad en el encuentro con otrxs.

🌱 En mi día a día:
— Escuchar mejor las señales de mi cuerpo.
— Reconocer y expresar mis límites.
— Sentir cómo el contacto y la presencia compartida, dentro de un espacio seguro, pueden ayudarme a regularme.

Para mí, CBC se está convirtiendo poco a poco en un laboratorio de encuentro: un lugar donde practicar cómo escucho, cómo me acerco, cómo digo sí, cómo digo no, cómo guío, cómo sigo… y qué ocurre cuando dos (y mas) cuerpos empiezan a escucharse.

Siento que todo esto puede nutrir profundamente nuestros espacios de Movimiento Libre y Ecstatic Dance. 🧡
