🇬🇧 [🇪🇸 below]
An expressive lab centered on the Tarot de Marseille, explored through the body, mind & emotion.

Alongside a theoretical foundation — the structure and possibles frameworks for understanding the Tarot, the energy each archetype embodies, and its possible meanings — we move into exploring those same principles through expressive techniques: movement, writing, drawing, adding to what the group may also bring to intuitively.

This is a space to explore the Tarot from a perspective of expanded cognition, where the senses, the body, intuition and the group's tone shape both the experience and the learning.

No prior knowledge of tarot is required. The only requirement is curiosity to explore its mystery in an alternative way.

Come as you are and explore the experience!

What to bring:

Comfortable clothes

A notebook for writing or drawing

📅 Open doors session: Thursday 15th of October (donation-based)

+ info - link in bio!

🇪🇸

— Atreverme a guiar y proponer.
— Aprender a dejarme guiar y confiar.

This summer, I was invited by @samanaspaces ( @samanasoul ) to be part of the Summer Joy Festival, where I held a pre-ice Breathwork session before the ice bath with @zanderstewart.
And then, spontaneously, I was invited to co-facilitate the ice bath with Zander — such a beautiful surprise. Thank you for trusting me 🤍🙏🏻
Beyond the experience itself, I had such a good time enjoying all the fun stations the festival had to offer. I loved the little market, the music, the atmosphere, the space & people… and simply the feeling of being part of something so joyful and alive.
Zander and @sabina.medina_ created something really special. Thank you both so much for bringing this beautiful festival to life 🙏🏻💞🌸
Already looking forward to the next edition! ✨

🍂 OCTOBER AT SAMANÀ 🍂

There’s a shift in the air right now in Barcelona; the light turns golden a little earlier, the terraces empty out just slightly, and the city starts to exhale into autumn. Here’s what’s calling you this October 👇

Cacao, live music & fiesta on paddle surf boards, with S.Taki. One last toast to summer light.

👫 Sun 11 — Men’s Tribal Gathering
A space for men to gather, open up and be held in brotherhood.

🌫️ Fri 16 — Cacao & Hypnosis: Meet Your Future Self with @deephypnosis.co

🍫 Sat 17 — The Cacao Ritual & Ceremonial Space with @the.sacredpaths
A full-day training with Maria Quetzal, straight from Mexico.

☀️ Sun 25 — MO.R.E with @sabina.medina_ & @pneumaofc
