This mindset shift rewired the way I work. I stopped believing that constant pressure was necessary for progress. I stopped believing that being busy, stretched, or mentally “on” all the time meant I was doing something right. Once I let that go, everything shifted, my decision-making, my creativity, even my nervous system. I started building from clarity rather than urgency, and from intention rather than reaction.
