Meet your provider 🤍

Hi, I’m Samantha — a board-certified Nurse Practitioner focused on helping you feel, look, and perform at your best.

With over 12 years in nursing, 6 years in family practice, and 5+ years managing GLP-1–based protocols for both weight loss and diabetes care, I’ve seen firsthand that real results come from personalized, patient-centered care — not quick fixes.

I take a root-cause approach to wellness. That means no one-size-fits-all plans — just tailored protocols designed around you, your goals, and your lifestyle. Whether it’s optimizing your energy, supporting weight loss, improving recovery, or navigating hormone changes, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

At YOUTH, we combine lifestyle, labs, and advanced therapies to create sustainable, long-term results.

If you’ve been feeling “off,” stuck, or like you’re not getting answers… let’s change that.

ChatGPT isn’t your peptide guide.

There’s a difference between understanding a headline and understanding what’s appropriate for your individual health.

AI can help you find information, but it doesn’t replace a licensed provider who knows your history, evaluates your needs, and follows your response.

✨ I’m now booking patients in Florida and Utah.

Know where it’s coming from, who’s prescribing it, and who you can call. These are questions worth asking before you order. 🚩

Quick @publix restock 🛒

Protein-friendly snacks, easy lunch staples, fruit for the house, and a no-thinking dinner for a busy day.

GLP-1s aren’t the problem — rapid, unsupported weight loss can be.

When weight loss happens too fast without enough protein, strength training, labs, or medical guidance, muscle and bone health can take a hit.

Here’s what matters: this may support a more structured pathway for provider-guided, prescription-based access through qualified compounding channels.

Because every approval deserves a little celebration 💃🏻

This patient came to us after running into roadblocks with her prior authorization. We took the time to review her records, gather the supporting documentation, and submit her request. Within minutes, she was approved.

That’s part of the support we offer through the SLIM approach at YOUTH. If your PCP isn’t able to help with the prior authorization process, we can review your medical eligibility and help navigate the next steps.

You don’t need everyone’s approval to explore your options. You deserve a provider who reviews your health history, explains the benefits and risks, and supports you beyond the prescription.

At YOUTH, that starts with a consultation to determine whether treatment is appropriate for you, with your health and sustainable habits at the center. Book through the link in bio. by @samdoesyouth

Muscle loss is one of the most overlooked parts of aging — and it can start earlier than most people realize.

Sarcopenia is the gradual loss of muscle mass, strength, and function. It can affect your metabolism, blood sugar balance, bone health, recovery, energy, stability, and long-term independence.

And while it’s common, it’s not something we should ignore.

The foundation is strength training. Walking and cardio are helpful, but your body also needs resistance to preserve and build muscle.

But muscle also needs support.

Protein. Recovery. Sleep. Hydration. Hormonal balance. Metabolic health.

This is why “just lose weight” is not the full picture — especially for women, people on GLP-1 medications, or anyone focused on aging well.

At YOUTH, we look beyond the scale. We help support the systems that affect strength, metabolism, recovery, and long-term wellness.

Because the goal is not just to get smaller.

The goal is to stay strong.

DM us STRONG to learn how Youth can help you protect muscle, metabolism, and energy as you age.
