Where it all started for me🥹

20 year old me at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games!

My first professional hosting role at the Lee Valley Velodrome for track cycling with @progressprods 🎤🚴

& a reporter for the host broadcasters covering so many other sports across the games with Sunset + Vine🎥

Looking at what I have been able to do over the last 4 years is extremely special and I look back on this summer as my biggest inspiration for wanting to thrive in this industry🤍

Bottom pic: Me at Edgbaston after chatting to Harmanpreet Kaur🤯

I remember thinking how amazing it was to have the Women’s game back after so long and to now think I have spent the last 4 summers working in cricket, and witnessing first hand, it’s continuing growth!

Shoutout to @gendle 🤍

My first real mentor in the industry who was so generous with his time and wisdom & an absolute amazing person to be around!

A summer of plenty of laughs & conversations I will always be grateful for!

I have never felt nerves like it 🤣

A reminder also - I went back to complete my final year at University after this and had to get out of my head that it was a halt in my momentum and that timing is everything 🕰️

Some of the most raw and inspiring stories in sport are found at these games!!! If you have the chance, watch something you’ve never thought to before 📺

Thanks to this experience - I still have some rogue facts in the locker about the steepness and material of a velodrome track, plus a love for all of the sports I never expected to be across including Beach Volleyball, Badminton, field hockey and so much more! by @samhursttx

Year 4 with the @trentrockets for @thehundred 2026💛🚀

Always love getting to be back at @trentbridge with the best fans in the competition!

Welcome onboard @fish.cricket who absolutely smashed his first game as Rising Host & a pleasure as always to be back alongside @charlie_burley 🐐⭐️

1 down, 3 to go and I’m feeling confident this year is one where a trophy is coming home!

To the team behind the scenes @progressprods , the Rockets and the ECB - thank you as always, for having me back and for all the hard work you do to make it happen!

See you on Sunday for a double header against the Sunsingers Leeds… sorry ! Risers😳😭 by @samhursttx

Solo tripping in Malaga🤍

Only a snippet of how gorgeous this trip has been but used the last four days to unwind, enjoy some time with myself and the main aim to throw myself in the deep end continuing my journey of learning Spanish🇪🇸

The locals are the nicest people ever and let me practice with them en español, food was unreal and the UV was 10😍 (only down side is I couldn’t convince anyone to play padel with me)

Hasta pronto España🤍🇪🇸 by @samhursttx
