Yin Yoga & Sound Bath for Deep Rest & Renewal at The POD!! @thepod.project

Join me on Saturday, October 24th for an evening dedicated to slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with yourself.

This 90-minute experience begins with gentle, long-held yin postures to release tension and create space in the body, followed by an immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments to support deep relaxation and renewal.

This is for my East Siders! This experience is for those who are ready to put themselves first. Whether you’re carrying stress, feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving a moment to pause, this is your invitation to choose yourself, embrace stillness, and receive the rest you deserve.

✨ No experience necessary
🤍 All levels welcome
🎟️ Limited spots available - reserve your spot before they fill. (15 SPOTS)

I can’t wait to share this space with you. Please bring a mat, blanket and anything else to make you comfortable and cozy ❤️ Link in bio to secure your spot
