I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming @bee_quintana_ , the founder of @yellow_brick_studio_parma and her amazing 300-hour yoga teachers in training into Johnson’s Backyard Botanical. 🌿🐝

We learned, communed, laughed, connected, and let the day unfold in the sweetest way.

From exploring the garden and suiting up to meet the bees, to sipping tea, tasting honeycomb, and pulling cards from my Tarot Tea deck, there was so much curiosity, joy, and appreciation for Mother Earth woven into our time together.

We talked about growing food and herbs, the care that goes into keeping bees, and the beautiful relationships that make it all possible. And somewhere between the learning and the laughter, a garden visit became a memory I’ll carry for a long time. 💛

There is something sacred about sharing what you love with people who show up open, present, and ready to receive. Thank you, Bee and each of these beautiful women, for bringing your energy into our space. We poured into one another that day, and I’m still feeling full.

I’m looking forward to what will continue to blossom from this moment.

What a beautiful training weekend it was! This month we're focusing on our doshas, creating flows and learning how to keep them balanced. We got to experience a Homa Ceremony at the Shiva Vishnu Temple with Amma, what a once in a lifetime experience that was, it was soo sacred and beautiful to be able to embrace the culture! Im blessed that I got to participate! Then off to the woods , our favorite place to be! IN THE WILD! Studying, vibing, having great time!
